I initially was displeased with the service work done on my BMW since the car was returned to me with a malfunction that had previously not been an issue. He turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Certainly there will be quality control issues at all dealerships from time to time, but it is how those issues are handled that demonstrate the quality of the dealership. More

Matt is awesome! He has always been the most dependable guy I knew in college, but last week when I came in to BMW he helped me more than he can ever imagine.
