Dan Weinberger is going places with this company! He consistently goes the extra mile in providing great service. Dan also inspires me to be a better person. After driving my vehicle with the shop foreman a few times Jeremy found the problem and took care of it. More
I initially was displeased with the service work done on my BMW since the car was returned to me with a malfunction that had previously not been an issue. I explained my concerns and dissatisfaction to Alan, the service manager, and he worked with me to resolve the matter quickly. He turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Certainly there will be quality control issues at all dealerships from time to time, but it is how those issues are handled that demonstrate the quality of the dealership. More

I enjoyed my experience at this dealership with Steve Lerner because I felt like he was very truthful and up-front to me about the facts. Steve Lerner really understands customer service. He took the time to listen to me and to understand my needs. It was clear he wanted to help me learn as much as possible and never hesitated to call on his team mates, in finance for example, so that I clearly understood all of my options and made the best decisions for me. When I made my final decision to order a new X3, I felt very confident in my vehicle, the options I selected and the financing I chose. He kept me informed through the process and took as much time as I needed during the delivery process. When I drove away in my new vehicle, I felt well taken care of. Matt is awesome! He has always been the most dependable guy I knew in college, but last week when I came in to BMW he helped me more than he can ever imagine. Matt and I go back like a bowl of applejacks, so I knew he would come through, but I had no idea he was still the man! The customer service and level of priority he placed on my needs meant the world to me. I was nervous to go to a dealership, but after dealing with Matt, I'll never be nervous again, and I'll never buy a car from anyone else except Matt or Richmond BMW. Steve Lerner......what a great experience. He was engaged, friendly and very very knowledgeable. He put me under his wing as we tried to determine the right car for me.
