Richmond BMW is by far the BEST dealership I have ever worked with and STEVE LERNER had a lot to do with that. I have recently had some very poor experiences at a dealership so I was reluctant to buy ano worked with and STEVE LERNER had a lot to do with that. I have recently had some very poor experiences at a dealership so I was reluctant to buy another new car. However, Richmond BMW made me a believer that dealerships and salesman can and do actually care about the customer and not just the "sale". STEVE LERNER provided fantastic customer service from the first email I sent him to day I drove my new X3 home. He never made me feel pressured at any time during the sale. When I did come into the dealership, STEVE LERNER helped answer all my questions and really showed an interest in ME and what was best for ME, not him or the dealership, when it came to buying a new car. He actually told me to go home and think about it before making an quick decisions. He didn't call me 100 times to see what my decision was or email me, he let me take my time and do my homework so I could be sure I was making the right decision for me at the time. When I decided what car I wanted, STEVE LERNER searched far and wide and found the EXACT X3 I was looking for. When I came back to sign the papers he was efficient and didn't want to keep me at the dealership for a long time. My new X3 arrived 3 days later, which was when I said I would like to pick it up -- not a date dictated by the dealer :) The day I pick up my new X3 was by far the best experience of them all. STEVE LERNER took his time to show me everything about the X3, he got in the car with me and walked me through all the options including the very sophisticated yet super cool idrive features. STEVE LERNER even set up my Sirius satellite for me and if that wasn't enough he down loaded 2 cd's that he thought I would like…but wait there's more -- Rick worked with me on all the financial pieces for the deal and he was just as amazing -- again no pressure and he explained everything that was happening every step of the way! I mean really, who get's this much personal attention when they go to a dealership? I was just overwhelmed with the amount of customer service and TLC that was provided by Richmond BMW and most especially STEVE LERNER. I will NEVER go to another dealership again. Recently I purchased a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 from this dealership. My salesman was Steve Lerner and he was by far the best person I have ever dealt with purchasing any of my vehicles. I looked for many months trying to locate the exact vehicle and when I found it at this dealership Steve was the person who I contacted and he was able to answer every question I had and if he was not able to he made sure to locate the person who could give me info I needed. We drove a few hours to come look at this vehicle and it was everything he described to me over the phone. In addition he was extremely nice to myself and my wife and I would highly recommend anyone to visit this dealership and speak with Steve Lerner! More

Your company has chosen a great individual to represent your company. Had I not seen any of the vehicle and talk to him via phone, he could have my commitment to purchase a vehicle due to his customer service and ability to communicate and relate to his customers. He is exactly the type of salesman or person your company deserves. He also was very integral part in helping me get a better interest rate for my purchase and I thank him for that. He took very good care of me and making sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. The next day I called him to talk to him about my car key and before I could say anything he was like “Hey Mr. Conway how are you; how’s the car treating, everything going well.” That showed me that he was not about selling me a vehicle and forgetting about me, but that he is about build a lasting relationship/impression with the customer of not only himself , but of the BMW Corporation. I would work with him anytime if and when I purchase another BMW and I would definitely recommend him to anyone else that I would send to your company. GO COWBOYS!!!!!!!! Charles Armstrong and Dmitriy Shspovalov made buying a vehicke a fun experience . We felt they gave ous their best price / total cost deal the firat time thus created a real feeling of trust (this was very important to my wife) . On a side note Irvin the credit manager took the time to explin all the forms we were signing and nade this very un eventful . I would recommend this dealeship and these associates. More
This has been the best buying car experience I have ever had. I have never felt more comfortable anywhere else. I went in there after work with my work uniform on and thought I was going to feel like I did not belong there. Not the case at all. Everyone greeted me from the door all the way until the end of the sale. Paul Baldwin was positive and caring which means a lot. I never experienced this at any other dealership in the past. There was some trouble in getting the finance on the car done due to some negative equity on my trade in but Irvin Rich and Matt Perry worked diligently in making the deal happen. I was happy with the terms and payments and walked out with total satisfaction. I would recommend BMW Richmond/Mini to anyone. Thank you so much Paul Baldwin and especially Irvin Rich for making this happen for me. You both showed you cared about me and my buying experience. I feel I would have not been satisfied anywhere else. Thank you again. More
