I shopped for three vehicles: Lexus, Audi and BMW. I was currently driving a Lexus and was definitely leaning that way for my new vehicle. I had never been to BMW and it was somewhat of an uphill battle fo currently driving a Lexus and was definitely leaning that way for my new vehicle. I had never been to BMW and it was somewhat of an uphill battle for them to win me over as a customer. Of course, in the end it is the vehicle, but the BMW dealership was a pleasure to work with. Steve Lerner understood I was shopping around but was not aggressive or overbearing. He made himself available on several occassions for test drives, was very knowledgable of the vehicles, and very pleasant person to deal with. I have given the highest ratings because, quite frankly, I don't think it would be possible to give better service to someone searching for and buying a new car. I highly recommend this dealership. Well, Matt was the one who happened to call me this past Saturday morning - while my wife was out of town and I was not playing golf. He told me that the car I wanted with the packages and features I had specified was being certified right then and that I should come down and take a look. I did and well, the rest is history. I took delivery of my black CPO 2010 535i today and have been extremely pleased with the professionalism and genuine customer service demonstrated by Matt, the management (I feel that I got a competitive price, thanks gentlemen), and the rest of the Richmond BMW staff. He was able to do the deal by being honest with us, and working in a timely fashion to process our paperwork. We will definitely ask for him again when we decide to purchase again. I had a concern about a sensor light in the used vehicle that I bought and Anton is doing his best to make sure that everything is worked out for me. When i returned to the dealership the day after my purchase to have the sensor checked out, the salesman at the front desk, "D", was welcoming, friendly, and extreemly helpful. Overall, I enjoyed the sales experience, however, my interactions in the service department have left me feeling unsure and confused. In their defence, I should state that the car that I purchased is a suzuki, not their specialty. More
