I was looking to purchase a 2013 BMW Z4 sDrive35i and my local dealership was not willing to compromise on a deal for a special order car. I contacted Richmond BMW (dealer is about 100 miles from my house) local dealership was not willing to compromise on a deal for a special order car. I contacted Richmond BMW (dealer is about 100 miles from my house) and talked to Steve Lerner over the phone and we agreed immediatley to a price with no hassle or pushing of unnecesary packages. Price was about $2k cheaper than the local dealership lowest offer. The next weekend I drove to the dealership and met Steve Lerner, DJ Sardana and Daniel Weinberger and all of them were very helpful on the process of ordering the car. Even when the dealership didn't have an allocation for that model DJ looked thru all the dealerships inventory and found one that have the allocation and worked out so it was for me. The car was ordered on 12/21/2012 and Steve Lerner kept me well informed during the production of the car. I received emails and/or phone calls from him everytime there was a new update on the car production and he responded all my questions related to the process. Received a call from Steve on 2/22/2013 that the car arrived to the dealership and went to pick it up the next day. At my arrival to the dealership, Steve Lerner and me went thru the final paperwork and then proceeded to look at the car and he went and explained all the different functions/gadgets of the car. The process was painless and very enjoyable, I will definetely recommend this dealership and Steve Lerner to my friends for their next purchase. He even recommended a good Greek restaurant for lunch and the food was exquisite. After driving back home, Steve Lerner called me to check everything was fine. I did have a few issues but were resolved over the phone with the help of Steve. Even after delivery of the car he was looking out after me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase. This is the 4th car I ever buy and it was the best experience of all. Thanks Steve and Richmond BMW for all your help. And last but not least, this car is awesome. More

Steven is the BEST dealer I have ever come across. He even drove my rental to the airport for me to help me return it. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!! Would definitely buy from here and him again!!!
