Steve was extremely patient and informative. I had several special requests and he researched them all thoroughly. Although they had plenty of cars on the lot to sell, he clearly wanted me to be 100% several special requests and he researched them all thoroughly. Throughout the process, he kept me up to date, answered all questions promptly, and, most importantly, was able to anticipate questions and information because of his extensive experience in the field. When the car was delivered, his presentation was extremely helpful. I likely won't remember all of it, but he made sure I knew where to get my questions answered. I emailed him a question the day after delivery, and he answered quickly. The sale doesn't stop at the purchase at this dealership. They want to follow you through the discovery process. I recently purchased a used X3 from another dealership (NOT a slam against Richmond BMW - the other dealer had one with all the right features). I then took it to Richmond BMW for an oil change and regular maintenance. They found a computer "problem" even though the car has been running great; gave me a loaner; replaced the ICM and continue to impress me with their attention to detail and service. Kyle did an outstanding job explaining the problem and was most helpful in getting a loaner for me. GREAT customer service by all.... I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering the purchase of a BMW or any used car they have on their lot. More
