Had a tire mss as function on i95 in Richmond and was towed on a Saturday night. I was on way to vacation trip. Though it was a delay till Monday getting repair in order and further delay for special o towed on a Saturday night. I was on way to vacation trip. I think it was justin who guided me thru process. He even helped me communicate with original dealer in Towson to clarify info on a warranty when I could not get them to respond. I only wish this were my home dealer snd not Towson BMW. More

I will not go back. I was told the service on my car would take 2-4 hours. I did get a loaner car. When I called after 5 hours to check on the status of my car Josh told I was told the service on my car would take 2-4 hours. I did get a loaner car. When I called after 5 hours to check on the status of my car Josh told me they had not started yet. Even though I had made an appointment he said the cars with clients waiting were given preference. I traveled 1.5 hours for this service & needed to be back home at a certain time. In the end they did not complete the service on my car. I have made an appointment to have the same service at another BMW dealership. More
