We went to the BMW Dealership in search of a used car; however, with Yousaf's help we ended up leaving with a brand new BMW that had all of our needs and wants in it. Jack was fantastic. He was very helpful not only with completing the sale but with anything else that may have been needed. Once the pricing was finalized, Joey did a great job of getting us in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. He tried to get in his up-sale items, but when I said no, he was never pushy about it. This is my third vehicle purchased from Richmond BMW, all in November, not sure why that is, but I always enjoy to experience. The service department has always been good to me as well. More
