Steve and the entire team worked hard to find us the right car. Steve's "assistant" Paul told of a loaner convertible , which turned out to be the right car. We visited Richmond BMW yesterday afternoon to look at the BMW X5. Steve Lerner gave us outstanding, no-pressure, courteous, detailed service. He could not have been friendlier, and he took the time to go the BMW X5. Steve Lerner gave us outstanding, no-pressure, courteous, detailed service. He could not have been friendlier, and he took the time to go over the X5's numerous features and to make sure we understood and were comfortable with them. We also worked with Dan Weinberger on the trade-in of our old vehicle and the purchase of the X5. Dan also provided us with exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service. Both Steve and Dan stayed well beyond closing time on a Sunday night to make sure we could take the X5 home that night. They treated us fairly and made the transaction a pleasant experience.
