Excellent service from Steve Lerner and co. I purchased a car from Richmond BMW and was very pleased by how great the team there is. I worked primarily with Steve Lerner but everyone from the Ge I purchased a car from Richmond BMW and was very pleased by how great the team there is. I worked primarily with Steve Lerner but everyone from the General Manager to the Service Manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in either purchasing a BMW or who is looking for dealership at which to service their car. More

Nothing could be further from the truth at Crown BMW/MINI. After purchasing a vehicle from Steve Lerner at Crown (who was extremely professional, pleasant and knowledgeable), my wife and I encountered a problem with the vehicle. Within hours, Steve and Matt Perry from Crown were orchestrating an amazing response and corrective plan of action that was, by all measures incredibly impressive. The manner in which Steve and Matt addressed our issues demonstrate that Crown is an exemplary dealership which I can enthusiastically recommend. More

Anton Kulay Anton was a super client advisor! He was so patient and accommodating from day one. During the process I was sure he was going to give up on me. Just Anton was a super client advisor! He was so patient and accommodating from day one. During the process I was sure he was going to give up on me. Just when we had a deal, the sales staff notified me that the agreed upon car wasn't right for me and why. In the end Anton found me my car!!! It was the first car he put me in 10 days earlier; he was spot on! Best advisor EVER! :) More

Best dealer based on 30 years of buying and servicing 7 BMWs I have purchased and serviced seven BMWs at four dealerships over the past thirty years and my experience buying a car at Richmond BMW was my most suc I have purchased and serviced seven BMWs at four dealerships over the past thirty years and my experience buying a car at Richmond BMW was my most successful and enjoyable. The people were friendly and helpful. Nick Iantosca was my knowledgable and helpful salesman who played his role in a very supportive way. I experienced great interactions with the dealership manager, Matt Perry and believe the entire dealership reflects his positive attitude and boundless energy. For me, the experience was significantly better than those I've had with dealerships more local to me in the Washington, D.C. area. I am typically a hard negotiator to get the best deal but the staff at Richmond BMW made the process very easy. I had already done a lot of homework and made visits to Washington area BMW dealers so I knew the value of my Porsche and CPO BMWs. They gave me the best offer for my used car and a very fair price for the Certified Pre-Owned. Others that played a very helpful role include Dawson McKenzie, the Service Manager, Josh Alford, who handled the financial transaction, and Aaron Seaver the Used Car Manager who quickly shipped the Porsche license plates that I left behind. Philip Moo and Peter of the sales staff were excellent - they discussed the brand, quality I purchased a 2011 BMW 328 (certified pre-owned) on 4/8/15. Philip Moo and Peter of the sales staff were excellent - they discussed the brand, quality, and features of the car. The test ride showed all of the driving features of the vehicle. The car itself looked almost brand new - and it drives great, just as expected from a BMW. Charles Armstrong in the finance department took time to explain all of my options in purchasing the car and showed me how to save money on the financing - very much appreciated! Overall i was very impressed with the staff at Richmond BMW! More
