I found a great deal on a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe on Cars.com, being sold by Richmond BMW on Broad Street. Jack was very helpful in the process and even figured out how much of the Hyundai warranty would transfer to me. Even though I chose not to trade in my vehicle (I don't mind selling it on my own), Dmitriy was very nice and helpful in appraising my old car for a possible deal. The atmosphere at the BMW dealership is classy, but kind, and they know their stuff. They are very good at what they do, and I would love to do business with them again in the future. More
