All I should add in an extremely friendly and enjoyable way. The overall experience, including the obligatory finance process usually a chore, was in fact so enjoyable it verged on entertaining that I have to also mention Dan Weinberger who was superb going through the lease documentation and Young who unobrusively engaged in the process as well to make sure we were being well looked after which we were and some. Anja is just a great person to deal with. Crown has a great team in Anja, Dan and Young and in case I forget a great product in the Mini! Thank you Crown for a geat experience Kelvin More

Anja and Young worked with me well on a trade that I had planned to sell myself. They met my desired price and helped me find exactly the Mini I wanted to replace my car. I've never had any run-arounds with this dealership, not in sales or service. I take my car there and trust their technicians. I'm a car guy and do a good deal of my own work on my older vehicles. I find the staff at this dealership to know their cars and be up front about any issues, such as one recall that effected the vehicle I traded. It was a pleasure buying a new car from this dealership and we highly recommend working with Charles. He kept us constantly updated on the progress of our order and then spent a ton of time with us showin and we highly recommend working with Charles. This is my first time owning a Mini or working with this dealership. Drew Tatum was our primary sales person but I was impressed with the team atmosphere. After 5+ visits, I have yet to have a good experience. When rotating my tires, they scratched the wheels so bad that 3 of them had to be repaired. They washed my car, even though I asked them not to, and When rotating my tires, they scratched the wheels so bad that 3 of them had to be repaired. They washed my car, even though I asked them not to, and the rear bumper was scratched so bad it had to go to the body shop to be repainted. But worse yet, they have sent me out the door twice telling me they fixed the problem, but when I got in my car, the problem was not fixed. Also, they gave me a loaner car and gave the keys to someone else's car. I am clearly convinced they have no idea what they are doing and they clearly don't care. I love the BMW product line, but my experience here will keep me from buying another one. I have friends fairly high up in the food chain in terms of Richmond dealers and they all say steer clear! More

We love Steve Lerner! He went out of his way to help with every detail. He took a great deal of time showing us all of the car's features, not once but twice! We bought a car that was in the loaner poo with every detail. He took a great deal of time showing us all of the car's features, not once but twice!
