Steve Lerner is great. I was interested in driving a BMW wagon. I called the local dealership, Steve answered the phone. I told him what I was interested in driving. They did not have any on their lot, so he had one brought over from another dealership. Very helpful to me bc the other dealership is not close to my home. I met Steve the very next day. He greated me and my daughter w a big smile and lots of enthusiasm. He loves the brand. Even wears BMW sneakers. Steve is very knowledgable about BMW. He asked me as many questions as I asked him. He really wants you to find the right car. Not just sell you a car. After driving the 3series wagon, we both agreed it was too small for my family. Which honestly was a disappointment bc after spending time w Steve I really wanted to buy a car from him that day. He is just that good. I'm now considering a larger BMW or staying w Volvos' which I have driven for years. Either way, I would most definitely recommend Steve and this dealership. I can assure you a great experience. Even though he did not know as much about Subarus as he does BMW (understandable since it was at a BMW dealership) he made sure that if he didn’t know the answer he was sure to look it up. Matt Perry is a wonderful manager of this group and has the respect of each employee in sight. His authority is recognized with pride and it's palpable among his men and women. I was so impressed with the salesman who sold me the car - Mr. Steven Lerner. I have owned one BMW prior to this purchase, but have to say, his explanations, teachings, and on-the-spot demonstrations made me understand the car more explicitly than ever before. The man has such patience (as evidenced by me being his patron and student). He never questioned my asking a question about the very thing he had just discussed - he just reiterated and let me catch up with him until I thoroughly understood. He truly wanted me to feel safe and be a safe driver, which I so appreciated. He was always a step before me and had his papers prepared and in order for me to sign. I could not believe what little time it took out of my day and the smoothness of the transaction. He truly is a pattern for all to follow. He even followed up with a courtesy call the next day after the sale. I feel like I can call him anytime - he is that courteous.
