My car was part of a recall and I was made aware of other ne The communication from Josh was excellent and my car was ready when I expected it to be. My car was part of a recall and I was made aware of other needed repairs/service. The additional work was fairly priced and there was no pressure to have this work completed. BMW corporation on the other hand was a complete disappointment. The recall letter indicated that if my car was having certain issues it should not bet driven to the service center and BMW would provide a tow.....After three days of run around on the phone with three different departments I gave up on the promised tow service. Shame on you BMW! If you are not going to provide this to all owners it should be stated in the recall notice. More
