Philip Moo and Peter of the sales staff were excellent - they discussed the brand, quality, and features of the car. The test ride showed all of the driving features of the vehicle. The car itself looked almost brand new - and it drives great, just as expected from a BMW. Charles Armstrong in the finance department took time to explain all of my options in purchasing the car and showed me how to save money on the financing - very much appreciated! Overall i was very impressed with the staff at Richmond BMW! More

I received an immediate response to my internet inquiry, and within 24 hours of test driving with Steve, I was driving home in my new BMW! Steve is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and efficient. He made the process quick and painless and was a joy to work with in every way. The entire dealership team provided top-notch customer service and attention to detail. Josh Alford did an excellent job completing our sale transaction, while throughly informing us of the best financing options to evaluate based on our profile and circimstances. The appraiser was also great, and I was offered a more than fair trade-in for my Lexus. Kirby also did a fantastic job of helping me choose specific accessories. I couldn't be more pleased and am anticipating that same level of care from the Service Department team. I have been driving my new BMW X1 for just over a month and am thrilled with the handling and comfort. It is fun to drive! Prior to this experience, I had not seriously considered owning a BMW. He didn't inundate me with extra unnecessary details but gave me the right information. As we were in the process of deciding a car, he was really good in explaining all the features of the BMW X3 for which we took a test drive. What impressed me really is that they were pretty knowledgeable about their cars and they highlighted all the features which actually helped me in comparing different cars.
