Couldn't ask for better service! My husband and I were "car shopping" after closing. We noticed someone (Steve Lerner) still inside working. We walked in and noticed he was with a cus My husband and I were "car shopping" after closing. We noticed someone (Steve Lerner) still inside working. We walked in and noticed he was with a customer and didn't want to bother him. My husband and I then walked back out to check out the car we had been eyeing. Steve came running outside eager to help us. We set a time to come back the next day to test drive the car. In the end we purchased the vehicle and couldn't be happier. EVERYONE at BMW of Richmond was outstanding. Josh Alford and Steve Lerner worked with us directly. I highly recommend them and felt they gave me their open and honest opinion regarding the used car we purchased. More

Initially, h We bought our X5 diesel recently at the Richmond BMW. Our sales executive, Mr. Yousaf Omaid was outstanding throughout the whole process. Initially, he called and tried to personally understand the specifics of the car we were looking for, and within 3 days, he called again, delivering exactly what we needed! He was very thorough and detail oriented while test-driving the vehicle, and yet, gave us ample opportunity to check out all the features and gadgets that the X5 had. Yousaf was very personable, and was able to work with our schedules. He was sensitive to our needs and time constraints, and was all prepared with the documentation. He is a thorough professional and understood what we were looking for. The dealership’s general manager, Mr. Matt Perry was very warm and welcoming as well. More
