I recommend Steven Lerner at Richmond BMW. Steven was very helpful through the process. My previous vehicle was a 2005 X3 which gave me some problems. Richmond BMW purchased the X3 and gave me a better price than I was offered anywhere else. Including Car Max. After considerable discussion with my wife I purchased a car for myself. A 2015 228xi. I took 3 months from order entry to delivery but I am very pleased. I am a numbers guy and looked several other brands, some luxury and some not, and decided on the s Series. The service department is excellent and so is the sales department. That is as good as it get. More

He planned an excellent test drive that demonstrated numerous features of the X5 and varying road conditions. He presented and orderly experience to us despite the ongoing construction at the dealership. The trade-in offer was very reasonable and there was no running back and forth between us and the sales manager which is always ignoring to me. The financial portion was handled by Heather and she too was very knowledgeable and efficient. Their presentation of extended service agreements was prompt, to the point, and accurate. Nobody tried to push anything at us--they asked us what we wanted and did their best to show us what we wanted. From end to end, this was a pleasant purchasing experience. More
