My Mini Advisor Rebecca and her team treated me like family. She listened to everything I was looking for in a Mini she selected an awesome Mini and we went for a test drive and I was in love all over again. The 2015 Mini Cooper S Rebecca brought me is an amazing car and the features and packages that where on the car were overwhelming in a good way. I could not have asked for anything more… well I could… and I did… and Rebecca and her team made it happen. I am so thrilled with the car. I was at a loss for words… I thought my 2006 Mini Cooper S was cranked to the top, but the 2015 cooper S I drove and purchased is cranked up 11+. OMG I need a race track. I just want to say to everyone at Crown Mini of Richmond you have got a great asset in Rebecca she is extremely knowledgeable and listens well and can turn anything it into something phenomenal, everyone else from Dan the trade-in dude to Josh the finance Manager was great and I thank you all. After we purchased the car Steve filled the car with gas and put air in the tires. This is a no haggle price dealership similar to Carmax and the price of our car was within the KBB recommended price. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman. More

Great Mini Service! This was our first trip to Crown Mini and actually our first service appointment on our new Mini and the people just couldn't be nicer! The gentleman that helped us was Rick Nelson and he was hands down the nicest guy I've ever come across in a service department! He explained everything and made my daughter and I feel special which was a nice change of pace from the way we are usually treated, either like we are stupid or by a fast talking "BS"er to whom could care less about me or my car. I'll have to say this is the first time I've ever looked forward to my next service appointment and to top it all off the service is free!!!!! More
