Steve has an energy and enthusiasm that I am not sure anyone else can match. I called ahead to make sure a CPO vehicle in which I was interested was still available, and when I arrived at the dealership, Steve had already pulled the Carfax and maintenance records, and knew what I was there to see. The other thing that struck me was the amount of time Steve was willing to put into the sale when he didn't have to. I think it was pretty clear that I had come to buy the car, and once we got to doing the paperwork, Steve stuck around with me to make sure everything was going smoothly, rather than taking another customer. Then, after all the paperwork was done, he picked me up after I sold my previous car elsewhere. After that, he spent about an hour going over every single feature on my new car. I think this is very telling, because the amount of time he spent with me after the sale was complete meant to me that he cared more about building a relationship than selling me a car. My wife and I will be returning to this dealership in the future. More

I needed a car and wanted a mini. i had been looking for weeks to find the perfect one, and i did at Crown Mini in Richmond. i drove over an hour to get there, and they even bought me a tank of gas just to show up, even if i didn't make a deal on a car, i at least didn't waste my money driving there. Akshay was my salesman, and was fantastic. absolutely no pressure. i came there to specifically look at a vehicle that hadn't been prepped for re-sale so, while i was waiting, Akshay gave me the keys to a little sports car just to go grab something to eat while i was waiting to see the car i came for. Paul, the used car manager was amazing. super easy to deal with and worked real hard to make sure i was happy. i did purchase the vehicle from them before it had any reconditioning, and for that they gave me a great price. i wont bother complaining about anything wrong with the car b/c i didn't even give them a chance to fix it. but, i'll say 2 weeks and over 1000 miles later and my Mini is still running perfectly fine. Paul gave me the best trade in value of ANY dealer in the area, and then after a bit of haggling, he even met CarMax's trade in value which ended up $2000 more than anyone else was going to give me for my trade. and they sold me my used mini about $2000 cheaper than they would have if they had a chance to recondition it, so i got a great deal, which is exactly what needed. They only had one key with the vehicle, so they gave me a "We Owe" slip documenting the missing second key, and they had one sent to me overnight, and it was in my mailbox the next morning. Akshay called me at least 2 or 3 times just to make sure that i was still happy and everything was alright. I would have an extremely difficult time even thinking of something negative to say about anyone there. they did a fantastic job working for my business, which i appreciated. I am happy I bought the car from them and have recommended to everyone i know, they check out Crown Mini/BMW -Ray More
