I noticed the difference in the BMW salesman immediately! He listened carefully to what I required in a vehicle, and recommended the 4 series (Which turned out to be a perfect fit for me). Throughout the entire process my salesman (“Travis”) went the extra mile to ensure ALL my questions were answered, financing was a breeze, and I had plenty of time to decide on which vehicle to take home. There was absolutely no trace of the dreaded “high pressure” sales pitch, and it obvious Richmond BMW cares about their customer service practices. More
