Yousaf immediately explained the process at Richmond BMW whereby the stated price is the price of the vehicle. He provided pricing information from a couple of sources and showed that this vehicle had a very competitive price. Yousaf explained everything in detail and made the process as smooth as possible without ever pressuring. In fact he made sure I knew that if it was not the vehicle for me, he could help me find the right one. All staff I came into contact with at Richmond BMW provided a customer service focused experience and made the experience enjoyable which convinced me to purchase this vehicle used rather than new. Couldn't ask for better service! My husband and I were "car shopping" after closing. We noticed someone (Steve Lerner) still inside working.
