Great experience and highly recommend! I was doing my research online and put in an inquiry at about 11:30pm on a Saturday, with an email back from Steve Lerner in about 15minutes. I spoke to Steve and Aaron the next morning about a 5 series I was interested in, discussed an appraisal on my trade in, and walked out of the dealership later on that day! They made it extremely easy and stuck to their word on everything we discussed on the phone prior to making the 2 hour trip to see them. Steve went over and beyond the dealership hours to show me the features after the purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and I am loving my new 535i bmw ! More

I conveyed my needs and concerns to Kirk over the phone, met with him at the dealership, he was never pushy (which never works for me), thoroughly explained the process and genuinely cared about me as a customer! There's not enough space here to praise his service! I will definitely return to Kirk in the future as well as recommend my friends and family. (That's no easy task!) More
