Since the first phone call I made to the dealership upon finding the vehicle, I experienced exceptional customer service which made this the most enjoyable car buying experience of my life. Steve Lerner and Joey Harris went above and beyond to make the long distance buying process smooth and easy, I could not have been more pleased! Once I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car I was treated like family and actually had a great time finishing up the paperwork. Anton Kulay in Finance was a pleasure to work with as well. (within a hour) I searched around for the same vehicle on the internet for a couple of weeks and almost brought a similar vehicle from another BMW dealership out of town. Then, I called Richmond BMW, and spoke with Ms. Chelsea Moorer who's professional sales expertise assist me throughout the purchase of my vehicle. Ms. Moorer was terrific. I had never been to this dealership, nor had I met Mr. Lerner; and I dreaded what I thought was going to be an unpleasant experience. AMAZINGLY, I had the exact opposite experience. Steve was super wonderful and made this process easy and (I can't believe I'm saying this) but it was almost enjoyable! General Manager, Matt Perry spoke with me about the possibilities of us choosing another BMW. When I told him I was not certain if we were even interested in getting another car......again AMAZING stuff happened.....he stopped! I have never experienced such above board professional treatment at a car dealership. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE, and after I explained my possible "no additional sales to us" status....NOTHING CHANGED. I was still treated professionally and with courtesy through my entire transaction with Steve, Matt and used car manager, Joey Harris. What a fabulous team. I am certain, if we decide to get into another BMW we will absolutely work with this wonderful dealership. A+ professional service for sure! More

Purchased used BMW December 2016 Very disappointed... I recently purchase a used BMW from Crown BMW of Richmond in December 2016. Made one car payment in January 2017, drove the car Very disappointed... I recently purchase a used BMW from Crown BMW of Richmond in December 2016. Made one car payment in January 2017, drove the car 400 miles and it has major mechanical issues. The service representative at Crown BMW of Richmond told me the car is leaking oil from the top and the bottom of the engine and the transmission is also leaking... "wow". I have owned BMW's for the last 25 years. This is my fourth BMW and needless to say that I am not happy after making one car payment and now the car is in need of a $2,600 repair. I did not purchase the warranty but expected for the car to last more than 60 days without a major repair absolutely ridiculous. My BMW that I traded in was fine and now I am stuck with a car that should not have been sold from a major BMW dealership........ This is just not what I expected from Richmond Crown BMW. More
