Any woman buying a car can put their full trust in Steve! Let me start by saying I hate sales people. I found my daughters dream car at Richmond BMW, online, and was quickly put into contact with Steve. He sent me videos and photos of everything I asked for. He sent every response in such a timely manner too. I never felt degraded as a woman shopping, he was so patient, and never once did he try those "sales tactics" we have all come to dread. I had so much confidence in Steve that I didn't feel like I needed to drive out of state and bought our car sight unseen! Now if that hasn't convinced you, let me take this even further. In the process of this purchase my daily driver had to go to the shop for hail damage. My son's truck broke down and had to go to the shop, and my husband had left out of town for work. I was stranded with no vehicle. They DROVE my daughters car down to me in SC the very next day! I mean who provides customer service like this anymore!? Steve! Today is my first day with this car. I got a hand written thank you in the mail AND a phone call to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I can not recommend Steve highly enough.
