I visited the Richmond BMW in search of a specific car that I was interested in. I called before my visit inquiring about the car and I spoke to a few associates who were able to help me and answer all of that I was interested in. The salesman we interacted with was Steve Lerner and he was very friendly, polite, cooperative and forthcoming. He wasn't pushy at all and let us test drive the vehicle and did not pressure us to buy. We ended up going with a different vehicle at a different dealership and when Steve followed up with us again the next day we told him we had purchased elsewhere and he was still just as friendly and understanding. Although we did not make a purchase I would still recommend Steve and Richmond BMW for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
