Great salesperson (Justin Parker) who handled everything beforehand, making it very easy when my wife & I arrived. Everything went well ... but there were two glitches that the dealership handled very quick beforehand, making it very easy when my wife & I arrived. Everything went well ... but there were two glitches that the dealership handled very quickly to its credit!!! First, there was no 2nd key to car and there was no owner’s manual; both issues got addressed quickly and to my satisfaction by the dealership. If there was anything that could have been improved, I would wish that the interior had been detailed just a bit better. But Justin Parker did a great job in sales, as did Tim in F&I. All things considered, the dealership handled the transaction very well and I’m enjoying my CPO 2018 BMW 540i X-Drive Sedan. More

This kind of review is something I rarely (if ever) take the time to write but my wife and I had such a uniquely surprising and positive experience working Steve Lerner at Richmond BMW that I felt I compell the time to write but my wife and I had such a uniquely surprising and positive experience working Steve Lerner at Richmond BMW that I felt I compelled to share. First, I never felt like Steve was trying to sell me a car, he listened to our questions and requirements and put options in front of us that matched the information we gave him, making logical suggestions where they made sense. While this is a seemingly obvious and small thing for a car salesmen to do, I can say Steve is uniquely skilled at this versus others I have worked with. Once he had the right car and the right deal in front of us the process was smooth and efficient and Steve and the team at Richmond BMW made the often time consuming closing of the deal as painless as possible. I also need to mention that Steve took the time to give us a proper run down of the car and all of its options, things that might have taken us months of trial and error or many phone calls to figure out he made sure we understood. Since making the sale Steve has continued to be available and attentive, making our after purchase experience as surprisingly pleasant as buying the car. Bottom line is, if your looking to buy a BMW in the Richmond area my advice is simple, "find Steve". More
