Check the service records I purchased a used 3series. During the process, the mechanical condition of the vehicle was misrepresented. After purchase, getting them to acknowledge the fault and repair the vehicle was an exhausting and lengthy process. They wanted me to pay them a few thousand dollars for an issue that was clearly shown in the service history, but wasn’t addressed during pre-sale reconditioning. They finally fixed it, but they definitely could have just made it right without all the hassle. More
