Simply the best service! After two days of treatment at MCV Massey we pulled away from valet parking only to have a warning indicator come on that said drivetrain malfunction. After two days of treatment at MCV Massey we pulled away from valet parking only to have a warning indicator come on that said drivetrain malfunction. We were an hour away from our home and leaving Richmond for Charlottesville to recuperate and enjoy a little Thanksgiving time together. It was 4:30 p.m. when we called the service department and even though they closed at 5 p.m., they said that if we could get the car there prior to closing they would at least test it to see the code. We were just a few minutes away and rolled in around 4:40. They were preparing to give us a loaner if need be...I mean, who does that? It's hard to get one from a dealer that you actually purchased a car from and have a history with. As it turned out, it was a hundred dollar part that they replaced in a matter of minutes. The service was exceptional. In a matter of a few minutes they had us on our way and wait for it..........they did not charge us a dime. Absolutely unheard of. Thanks so much Richmond BMW, and to Matt Rooney and Thomas Gemellaro. You prefessional service and kindness gave us much to be grateful for during this holiday season. Steve was was everything you want a salesman to be , HELPFUL! I traveled about 100 miles from washington DC to Richmond via uber to get my 2014 one owner BMW M6 GC. And i love it, i needed my grandfat HELPFUL! I traveled about 100 miles from washington DC to Richmond via uber to get my 2014 one owner BMW M6 GC. And i love it, i needed my grandfathers co-sign being as that i am only 22, and steve made that process hassle free!!! Without my grandfather having to actually come to the dealership. Steve along with the wonderful financial staff member shashank got me pre-approved before coming to the dealership and had majority of the paper work in order and ready for me to complete upon arriving. It was overall just great! They also have vehicle shipping which was also considered while purchasing my vehicle. Also, I noticed that the brakes of my M6 were squeaking on the way home from Richmond to DC and steve offered for me to come in and get them checked and if needed replaced. Good experience, very professional I recommend. More
