For 3 months straight I had been back and forth to Richmond BMW and worked with Steve every time. When I first met him, I knew he was trying to sell me a car (weird I know) it felt more like he was he Richmond BMW and worked with Steve every time. When I first met him, I knew he was trying to sell me a car (weird I know) it felt more like he was helping to educate me before I made a big decision on what car I was buying. I liked this a lot more than the other sales guys at car dealerships trying to push selling a car to you. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable, great down to earth person and he even helped walk me through all the features of my BMW. No car dealership has ever done that for me. I would definitely recommend Steve and buy another car from him in the hopefully far future :) More
