We put a hold on a used low milage Porsche Cayenne online at 4am from Ca which Richmond BMW honored. The most important part, bottom line of this review is that this car was 100% as represented by Richmond at 4am from Ca which Richmond BMW honored. They also gave me an estimate for a closed delivery, They found one already leaving for Ca for $800 less, and made the adjustment instead of just keeping the difference. Steve Lerner and others very good and honest about answering our questions about the car.. Our only big problem was almost no communication about how their Ca licensing procedure was going to happen and how long. The dealership must start including a PRINTED sheet with the rest of their paperwork. If you are buying from out of state ask for one! But Sarah who took over and finally explained it was excellent! If you want a car new or used this is a GREAT dealership to get it from. More
