I drive over and hour and past another BMW dealership to only use Crown Richmond BMW on West Broad for all service needs on my 2 BMWs. Mike Stevens is the best! We recently received excellent emergency service from the Richmond BMW crew. Was driving from PA to FL when my R back run flat tire on my 21 X5 blew out on 95. It was late afternoon and I called the dealer Richmond BMW crew. Was driving from PA to FL when my R back run flat tire on my 21 X5 blew out on 95. It was late afternoon and I called the dealer and told them of the situation. They had the tire in stock and said no problem. I made it to the dealer, they got to work on it right away, and in no time at all they had the car ready to go. Big xxxxxxto all of the guys! We made it to FL with no further issues😀. More

This dealership has nothing exceptional. There were no status updates, even when the car was too be kept over night and they could not get parts. No loaner offered at first. When I informed There were no status updates, even when the car was too be kept over night and they could not get parts. No loaner offered at first. When I informed them that I cannot be without a car overnight ( which became 2 nights), they got one. This never happened at audi! Audi had 10 times better customer service. Thee video provided for the tire did not look to be my cars! More
