From the time I exited my old car and drove off in my new BMW, the sales staff at Richmond BMW was excellent. Martin, my sales guy, greeted me and started showing me the Model I was interested in. He was ver BMW, the sales staff at Richmond BMW was excellent. Martin, my sales guy, greeted me and started showing me the Model I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the different features and specs. The manager, Hugh, worked with me to come to an agreeable price. Janesh, in Finance worked to get me a lower interest rate!!! Highly recommend this dealership. More

Went for an annual VA state safety inspection w appointment. They took over 2.5 hours and issued a phoney rejection with a made up tire and wiper replacement bill of about $1200+. I refused to acc appointment. They took over 2.5 hours and issued a phoney rejection with a made up tire and wiper replacement bill of about $1200+. I refused to accept their it. They did not charge for inspection due to the excessive delay. I took the car to a trusted safety inspector in my neighbourhood Gas Station and it passed perfectly as I expected. I don’t recommend taking your car for service there as one cannot trust their motives which seems to focus on generating revenue for the dealership. More

They were very patient and understanding with understanding my budget and family needs. I highly recommend this dealership. I was looking around on the property when it was raining and cold and they met me outside and asked if I was interested in anything or had any questions. That’s true Customer Service. The day I went I was in some workout clothes and I certainly know I did not look like I was a potential buyer but they amazed me and I knew if I did not buy there today, I would come back to make a purchase at a later time.
