We drove from North Carolina up to Richmond BMW and the second we got out of our car we were greeted by Chris with a very friendly attitude. We knew this experience was going to be enjoyable. It was. Chris and Tim both were extremely knowledgable about all the BMWs in general and about what they had on the lot. That made it easy. They were both willing to do whatever we needed them to do. Steve Learner has been persistant,thorough, detailed and informative with my several queries (choices have been between another BMW Z3 3.0 or a 2009 and later Miata GT manual). Most important of all (regarding repeat purchases) He was comopletely polite when our first two choices didn't work out. This quality is right hard to find but it leaves one with the desire to try again with the same person which is what I will do if at all possible. More

This dealership also displayed several great support staff who helped the sale go smoothly and quickly. Also, they had a great website that showed pictures of the actual vehicle ( as opposed to stock photos).
