My husband and I have been looking for a used BMW for our first BMW purchase. Steve Lerner and the other members of the team at Richmond BMW could not have made our experience any easier! Because we live 3 hours away in North Carolina, we wanted to make sure the car was everything that we thought it was. Steve took the car out for a drive and called us back with his complete and honest take on the vehicle. As another buyer stated, Steve was "spot on" with the condition of the vehicle! We arrived on Saturday to look at the car and fell in love! This car was everything and more than what we were hoping for. Steve Lerner, and Aaron in finance made this quite possibly the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. We were in and out in under 3 hours! Ultimately, I ended up not selecting BMW for a variety of reasons, and the most difficult part of that experience was having to call Steve to tell him of my decision.
