The tech who inspected my vehicle failed it for the rear tires indicating the left rear had worn through. When I took it to the Firestone store to replace the tires, he pulled both and could not find any p tires indicating the left rear had worn through. He also indicated that there was far more tread than required and passed the tires for inspection without an issue. Your dealership wanted $310.00 to replace one tire ($620.00 for both rear tires) and neither required it or even needed it. More

What i was most impressed with was the fact that they didnt care that i wasn’t buying one of their 80 thousand dollar cars, but a 4 thousand car and treated me like i was a top client. Another aspect of the dealership was they allowed trade-ins for cars almost 20 years old. Not just for new cars, but for used as well. This was impressive because most dealerships dont do that- Id like to note that the manager Demetri was impressive with keeping the atmosphere clear and on point. He has a personality that allows you to be comfortable as if he was a friend you’ve known for a time period.. Note i wanted to keep a stereo from my trade-in camaro and they didnt charge me for taking it out. They were very corporative and patient, never leaving me on the down after i had signed the papers. They even gave me a warranty 1 month 1,000 miles and an offer for extended warranty 2 years at 24,000 miles for a reasonable price on a used car? Find me a dealership that will do that for ya? I completely recommend this dealership for anyone buying a car, hands down! More
I am in the military and purchased a 2012 BMW 3 series while I was in Germany and had it delivered to Richmond. Not only did Steve go through all the functions and gadgets in the new car with me and my wife, he also helped me get my other vehicle serviced (which is not a BMW) while we were looking over the new car. He spent well over an hour with us and made sure that we understood everything and answered all our questions and concerns. Not only did he come in when he was not even supposed to be working, because I purchased it through military sales in Germany, he received no commission! And he still treated us like valued customers, I would highly recommend Steve Lerner and everybody in this BMW dealership was very nice and helpful. More

It isn't very often whwn I take the time to write a review on an associate, but my positive experience I had with Steven Lerner warrented me to do so. Steven is the most knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and personable sales associate I've ever dealt with. I have a BMW 330 xi and had trouble with the navigation system, but Steven not only helped me with that, but took a lot of his valuable time to show me all the features of my car I never knew existed! His knowledge, skill, and patience with someone not tech savy like myself impressed me. It's nice to know there people like Steven in the industry who are genuinely interested in helping people, even if it means they won't make any money from it. If I ever hear of anyone in the market for a car, I'll gladly and confidently refer them to Steven knowing they'll be taken care of. It was my pleasure to write this review. Steve Learner was terrific to work with, very knowledgable about the Mini Cooper he sold me, clearly knows his product inside and out. The staff was very apologetic however, and offered coffee, snacks, etc during the delays. What I appreciated most was his first priorities were in educating me about the cars and various features, not in getting my money. Without a doubt, he gave me the best customer service I've gotten anywhere, on any product, not just at a car dealer. I would also like to thank the rest of the Richmond BMW Sales and Fianacial Team for being polite, resectful, and just great all around to do business with. This is the 5th BMW I have leased and will definetly be leasing my next one at Richmond BMW. More
We went into Richmond BMW knowing exactly what we wanted and a price range we were looking to stay in. Steve helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly helpful the whole time we were and a price range we were looking to stay in. We ended up having to leave and come back with some information and Steve kept us informed the whole time as to what was going on with the car. Steve made us feel like family and was very hospitable and made us very comfortable (which was great for me since this was my first car purchase ever and my boyfriends second). We are very happy with the car it has met all of our expectations and more. Once again Steve thank you so much! More
While window shopping, I met Steven Lerner who explained how Richmond BMW operates. It was a welcome change from the haggling I'd anticipated. Upon a return visit, he arranged a test drive and also showed me the inventory of sister dealerships. After making my decision, he quickly submitted my paperwork for signature. He stayed past closing time to methodically review the car's operation and iDrive features. Before long I was on my way in a 525xi and a parting gift which Steven thoughtfully selected for me. I was also pleased with the trade-in value given on my older BMW. Since the sale, Steven and I have chatted 3 times as is his custom for ensuring he met expectations. The entire Richmond BMW Team (including the service dept) treated me very well even before I made my latest purchase. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership if you are looking for competive pricing and great service. More

Steve showed me the benefits of new car ownership, especially for a high mileage (25,000 yearly) driver like me. I never felt pressured into buying anything but left with a new 2011 328xi.
