I walked into Crown Mini, not 100% expecting to purchase a vehicle. I ended up getting a brand new MINI Cooper S hard top, because this dealership is wonderful! Not only did they have the car I wanted in st a vehicle. I ended up getting a brand new MINI Cooper S hard top, because this dealership is wonderful! Not only did they have the car I wanted in stock, but the staff was awesome! Tim Stapler is a perfect cross between professional, personal, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor that put me at ease immediately. This sales consultant treated me like a person, not like a sale, he answered all my 1000 questions without so much as a blink of an eye. The sales manager, Young, was also extremely helpful and professional. I felt as if they gave me a VERY fair price for my trade in, showing my what auto trader would offer me, and their price. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, I have never been so happy with a car, or an experience. More

My overall experience of purchasing a vehicle from Richmond BMW was excellent! Steve Lerner and the staff at Richmond BMW are certainly dedicated to the costumers wants and needs. While searching Auto Trader for a particular car that me and my wife have been looking for, Richmond BMW came up having the exact match. I dedcided to call and ask some questions before driving 125 miles to Richmond to look at the car. After talking to Steve Lerner who was very polite and knowledgable of sales, I decided to make the trip to Richmond with my family to check out this automobile. My first impression of Richmond BMW was how costumer oriented the staff was. Eventhough I was working with Steve, almost everyone came up to me and my wife to say hello and offer a beverage to ensure our comfort. There was no pressure at any time from any sales associate to purchase the vehicle, it was definitely a very relaxing experiance. During the negotiation for the vehicle, Steve Lerner made sure that all my demands were met. I ended up purchasing the vehicle for under the budget that I was expecting to spend. The price was definitely cheaper then the other dealershps that I visited prior. I will more then likely visit Richmond BMW and Steve Lerner for future purchases. More

Steve came in to show us new cars on his day off at 10:00 AM and wound up staying until 7PM or later , only to be back on the job by 9:30 the next AM. Steve is quite knowledgeable when it comes to BMW's. Hi AM and wound up staying until 7PM or later , only to be back on the job by 9:30 the next AM. My husband surprised me with a new X5 for my birthday and he clearly had spent a lot of time at the dealership working out the details. Stopped by the dealership without an appointment for setup of the "assist" satellite service in my car. Tim was able to provide immediate help, arranging to have me complete the paperwork through Steve setup of the "assist" satellite service in my car.
