I had the unfortunate experience of buying a car here this January into February 2025. My salesman was useless and practically impossible to get a hold of, often sending my calls to voicemail and ignorin this January into February 2025. I ended up just calling and asking for the sales manager to deal with my issues. The finance person I dealt with was condescending and became upset when I declined this offer to purchase any extra insurance or maintenance packages. I am a repeat and loyal BMW buyer. I only used this dealer to purchase the car because they had the one I wanted. I have always had great experiences with other BMW dealerships. There are tons of other dealers to choose from. Recommend avoiding this one. More

Steve Lerner is by far the best car salesman I have ever had. So genuine, had my best interest at heart, knew the cars, and went over and above many times. Took car in for an admittedly complicated repair, replacing a diesel particulate filter as well as some routine maintenence. Took well over a month to complete the repair.
