My husband and I visited the Richfield Honda Dealership at 5:45 pm on a Friday night, not knowing it closed at 6:00 pm. Neng Lee welcomed us, and made us feel at ease right away. By the end of the week, we were back at the Richfield Honda Dealer, talking to Neng, and test drove the vehicle we eventually bought!
