For awhile, I couldn't decide between the EX and EX-L, so he parked them right next to each other so I could jump from one to the other, back and forth, to help decide. He never made me feel crazy about it either! :) More

At no time I felt the sales pressure that I already experienced from other car dealerships. Stellar customer service Twice I have left my overhead light on in my CRV causing my battery to die. The service department and Kevin DeCaluwe who sold me my car have come to my rescue both times. I don't know a thing about cars. The first time, Kevin drove over with the battery charger and got the car started. In the second instance, the service department did a thorough review of my battery and didn't try to sell me anything. the second time, my sound system locked up. I didn't know about the code to unlock it and apparently pushed buttons too many times and it had to be reset. Kevin came to my office, picked up the car, took it to service and returned it to me because he knew I had an important meeting at work and couldn't get away and I was about to drive 12 hours and needed a sound system. Richfield Honda offers exceptional customer service. They listen to what your issues are and are happy to deal with your problems of the day while doing what needs to be done to get your car in great working order. You couldn't ask for nicer staff. and they don't take advantage of you or make you feel stupid - even if you are about cars! Thanks Kevin and Richfield Honda - you saved the day! More

Kevin was delightful to work with I brought my 2000 CRV in for repairs in February. While I waited, I looked at the new CRV in the showroom where I met Kevin. He went over the features and answered all my questions with no pressure on buying. I saw him again at the auto show and he remembered me. We chatted like old friends. Come April my vehicle was in for more repairs. I decided it was time for a change and I contacted Kevin for help in locating a vehicle. I ended up leasing a new 2014 CRV EX-L, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Kevin was very sincere and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. More
New car purchase This is my fifth new Honda purchase from RB Honda. My 'old' Honda was a 2004 CR-V which I have just traded for a 2014 CR-V. Ron Gholson was my sales This is my fifth new Honda purchase from RB Honda. My 'old' Honda was a 2004 CR-V which I have just traded for a 2014 CR-V. Ron Gholson was my sales consultant and he was great to work with. Ron is very professional and was also very patient with me (no easy task to be sure). He took a lot of time to introduce me to all the different aspects of my new car. Further, he offered his assistance in the future if/when I have questions -- I've already consulted with him and my car is only 3 days old! Ron knows CR-Vs (probably all Hondas), and I always felt that he was giving me excellent advice. I suppose that purchasing a new car could be a real chore, but I have never had that experience with RB Honda, and this time was no different. Ron is personable, has a great sense of humor and has been totally committed to helping me get exactly what I wanted in my new car. Thanks, Ron, I appreciate all your help with my new CR-V and want you to know that I am very happy with my purchase. Thank You! More
