Tim Engel was not pushy but he let me know he wanted my business. Everyone there seemed genuine and I never got the feeling I was being conned or pressured. I didn't get that, "Let me talk to my sales mgr." crap. Tim took his time setting me up with my beautiful new Accord. He even programmed in my cell phone for hands free service. More

I couldn't make up my mind on interior color oas I shopped for a new Honda CRV EX-L. I kept sitting between one, then another, then back to the first one, then again the next. Neng also had to search all over to locate the vehicle with exactly everything I wanted. He found it in N. Dakota and got it here on a trailer which means I got it with only 28 miles on it. Very happy with Neng and RB Honda! More

This isIf you are looking to purchase a Honda, you NEED to call Kevin DeCaluwe at RB Honda. We had a terrible experience with our local Honda dealer in Rochester, and my wife and I agreed that we would not purchase a vehicle from there. We searched online and found a 2014 Odyssey that we liked at RB Honda, and expected to simply purchase the vehicle and be done with that dealership. What we found, however, was that Kevin and his staff are exceedingly willing to anything that is necessary to make their customers happy and satisfied. For example, we agreed at the time of purchase that he would give us a check for our trade-in if it auctioned off for more than its purchase price: done. My wife and I live in Rochester, MN (>60 miles from RB Honda)--Kevin routinely offers to meet us halfway to swap out a vehicle if we need maintenance done. We had a minor rotor issue with our Odyssey (shuddering when braking) which was typically not covered by warranty--Kevin ensured we did not have to pay to have our rotors smoothened. I was so impressed with everyone at RB Honda (Tim Carter, General Manager, who routinely asked us how things were going when we purchased our vehicle; Bill Foye, the salesperson who facilitated much of the paperwork when purchasing our vehicle and followed up with us several times after the purchase), that I recommended that one of my co-workers should purchase a vehicle from them as well. Kevin not only beat the price of our local Honda dealer for my co-worker, but also drove all the way down to Rochester to pick him up on the day of his purchase so his wife/family would not have to drive back down separately. Time and time again, Kevin and his colleagues have been terrific with both pricing and service. If you don't believe it, just ask Kevin to send me your email address and I would be happy to correspond/confirm directly, as he is absolutely terrific. While this may sound excessive, for anyone who has had a bad experience with a car purchase, I am sure you would do the same if you had the same positive experience I did and believe it is the way they do business routinely. When the perfect car was traded in, Kevin made sure I was the first person he called. I am so happy, he picked out the right car for me, and it's a beauty. Sports body and low miles, great price. He made sure the car was completely gone over and any nicks/scratches in the paint job were taken care of. The service department checked out the car completely and only had to replace the tires. I feel I got great customer service before, during, and after the sale. Cal Richards, in Finance, was also very helpful and took care of all the financial paperwork with ease. A great team, I am recommending RB Honda for my husband's next car purchase, and anyone that is currently looking for new wheels. More
