There is no need to "dicker" on price as they offer the best prices in the metro area and maybe in the entire state. This was our first experience with salesperson, Kevin. He brought us a respectable lease offer, found the exact vehicle we wanted (out of state) and had it available to us the following day. He was thorough in setting us up in the new Honda by explaining the new features and helping with the programming. Fair Deal I've been looking for a car for my son for several weeks. Yesterday I stopped by Richfield Bloomington Honda to look at a 2003 Mitsubishi Diamante the I've been looking for a car for my son for several weeks. Yesterday I stopped by Richfield Bloomington Honda to look at a 2003 Mitsubishi Diamante they had listed on cars.com. The vehicle was nearly spotless and obviously had been well cared for. Richard Howes was the salesperson who showed me the vehicle. He was very easy going and no xx kind of guy. The price was more than I had budgeted and there was one other vehicle I wanted to check out. Richard wished me well and didn't push the usual high pressure "this one won't be here when you get back" crap. The other vehicle was like every other that I had seen in my price range, nicks, dents, scratches, noises, etc. So I went back to RBH with my son and made an offer that was in my price range. My offer was accepted and I was able to get a very nice first vehicle for my son. Richard was awesome to work with and everyone we met at RBH helped make the overall experience a good one. Kevin Makes The Impossible Possible. I recently leased a 2013 Honda Civic from RB Honda, which I was happy with. However, my financial outlook had improved and I really wanted to le I recently leased a 2013 Honda Civic from RB Honda, which I was happy with. However, my financial outlook had improved and I really wanted to lease an Accord because it's a more comfortable and luxurious car. I thought it would be impossible to get into the car I should have leased in the first place because I still had about two years left on my current lease. Kevin informed me about bonus incentives that were available on the Accord and he was also able to get me a special lease rate as well. He then squeezed every penny out of my Civic and after putting a few thousand down I was able to get into the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Luther hopkins honda even cut me off and said it was 6pm and they are going home even though my husband was on his way over and i even made it clear i neeeeeeded the car, i wasnt just browsing.... We went back to Neng lee and bought a 2014 crv exl. by far the best car buying experience ever. Will recommend! More

Not impressed My husband and I visited this dealership when we were in the market for a minivan. The sales person that we worked with named John was very disorganiz My husband and I visited this dealership when we were in the market for a minivan. The sales person that we worked with named John was very disorganized, we had to walk a block or two just to get to the Odyssey, upon our arrival John discovered that the doors were locked. We all walk back, John stated that he would get keys and then bring the van around, 20 minutes later he returned with keys and we were back out to walk the 2 blocks. He mentioned 5-10x how quickly the Odyssey's sell, I don't know if this was the beginning of his "pressure" strategy or not, we didn't stick around to find out. We purchased a Sienna the same day and have been very happy! More
