This is how you do it In the market for a new car, so my wife and I headed over just to see what they had, and maybe to take a test drive. I told myself that we wouldn't stay more than 45 minutes on our day off. We ended up staying for 2 hours and left with a new car. Sue Wegleitner was awesome, as well as their entire staff. I have never had such a positive experience at a dealership as I did there. We were made to feel so comfortable and welcomed, that I would recommend Richfield Honda to anyone. Puts all my other dealerships that I have visited to shame. Especially Village Chevy in Wayzata. Take notes guys. This is how you treat your customers. More

Friendly and Knowledgeable I met Neng Lee when I had just begun my search for a new car in early August. He was so friendly and accommodating that I did not realize the dealersh I met Neng Lee when I had just begun my search for a new car in early August. He was so friendly and accommodating that I did not realize the dealership was closing for the evening. I was happy to see that he was available when I returned to purchase a 2014 Accord. He found the perfect car with the options and price that I was comfortable with. A couple of days later, I stopped by and he took his time explaining how some of the new options work. He also went over the warranty even thought Jay Horn had explained it at the time of purchase...I just couldn't remember all the things he said. I am very satisfied with my experience of buying a car at Richfield/Bloomington Honda. More
The Honda dealer Honda owners prefer lets be honest: most of us drive Hondas because it is a great car and we like being treated well by the Dealer. if you agree then everyone will lets be honest: most of us drive Hondas because it is a great car and we like being treated well by the Dealer. if you agree then everyone will understand why this 3 decade loyal Honda owner only does business with RBH. the prices I pay for the the cars and the service are competitive. but the customer service is just simply better than any i have found othewise. i have shopped other Honda stores and made the mistake of trusting someone else that a 30 minute oil change is exactly that. or the special courtesies extended to all that walk in the door. No kidding. I have a job that demands a lot of customer interaction. I understand what it takes to keep a large set of customers happy. And I choose to give my business to Jeremy, Jason and Tim at RBHonda. More

Richfield Bloomington Honda was the third Honda dealership I visited, and I decided to make my purchase there because of my experience. Matt Smith was the salesman I worked with, and he didn't pressure me into anything. He listened and worked with me until I made my decision. Blake Simmons worked with me on the financing, and he also was pleasant and easy to work with. I knew that my needs were priority with both men. I thought, this it it! This is where I want to spend my money! It was NOT your typical experience when purchasing a vehicle. I'd go back to RB Honda in a minute! More

Being first My wife and I have been shopping around for a replacement vehicle and settled on a Honda Accord Sport through Richfield Bloomington Honda. Being first-time car buyers, we couldn't have had a better experience working with Neng Lee. I happened to stop by the dealership on a whim to browse the lot, and happened to strike up a conversation with Neng, whom from the start was so easy to work with. We made several stops back in the weeks following and Neng was always happy to answer questions, never pressured us on making the sale, and when my wife and I came to a decision was the first person we spoke with to help us purchase our new car. Everything from the trade in process to financing and final purchase with help from Blake Simmons, Neng and Blake made the entire experience very comfortable, easy to follow and help us land an incredible deal for our family. Exchanged defective OEM jack under warranty 5 stars only because I went back a second time and was lucky to run into Ron Gholson. The first time experience was with a different service adviser a 5 stars only because I went back a second time and was lucky to run into Ron Gholson. The first time experience was with a different service adviser and I was ready to give a 0-star review. The OEM scissor jack on my 2014 CRV-EX has a bowed/bent worm drive (the threaded rod the lifting arms slide on). The bend is only noticeable when you observe while rotating. Because of the bend it becomes increasingly hard to turn the drive as the arms get closer to the center of the thread. If I had a flat somewhere out there, and the jack gets stuck, I could be stranded in the middle of no where. 1st visit: The service adviser took a look, discussed with someone and said the service director will call back next day. I got a call from the same service adviser and was told to come in next day. They ordered a new jack and will exchange under warranty. When I went in, the same service adviser took my jack and after a while came back with another jack. She said it is fresh out of the box and does have the same slight bend in the threaded rod. She further said Honda made it that way so the scissor arms do not accidentally slide back and bring the CRV down. She even had a tech out to show me where the jack up points are on my CRV. I went home and called Honda. Honda said the threaded rod is not supposed to be bent. They advised I go back to the dealer, take a look at the jack in a CRV on their lot. 2nd visit: Went in to the dealership today, ready to plead with the same service adviser to show me a jack from another CRV. Passed by an office and Ron was there. We said hi. Ron asked what brings me in. I said it is not anything interesting. He said those are the things he is interested to hear about. So, out came my story. He offered to look at a jack in a new CRV on the floor. I operated my jack and the other one. He agreed the threaded rod is bent on my jack, noticeable only when it is rotated. He took both to the Service Director Jason. They discussed inside the service bay area. I waited outside. He came out with Jason and said I can exchange my jack with the good one. They will take care of the defective one later. Ron, kudos to you because you cared enough to listen and understand a customer's genuine concern. The jack is probably the least exciting thing in a car. But, if it doesn't work in an emergency..... Jason, thanks to you too. This exchange was possible with your support as well. As for my 1st visit, I don't know why they did what they did. More
