He went over the car, explaining in detail the ins and outs of the vehicle, we went for a drive and we were sold with the whole experience. We had thought we would spend time going to other dealers and looking around. But, there was no need! We have had good experience with this dealership in the past and were definitely not disappointed with this one. A difficult time was made eaiser! We had bought our first Honda from Kevin and loved it. We were lucky enough to get to work with Kevin DeCaluwe. He made the entire process easy, fun, and as painless as possible. We weren't sure if we wanted to buy or lease, trade in my car or my wife's van, and Kevin walked through a number of scenarios with us. By the end of our discussion, I was very confident that we were doing the right thing, both for our choice of vehicle and for our budget. Kevin showed us the features of each model we were interested in, and he had us take test drives so we were very sure what each vehicle could do for us. In the end, we went home in a new CRV, and we've spent the last week loving it. Seriously, if you want an enjoyable experience buying a new Honda, go see Kevin. He goes up and above all others. He's not out to make a quick buck, and he really cares about doing what is best for his customers. He'll take good care of you. I should mention that all members of the BR Honda team with whom we interacted were great, not only Kevin. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and they always made sure we were comfortable had what we needed. I never felt any pressure, and always felt like it was a well-run operation. Blake in the finance department was particularly great. We'll definitely be going back to Richfield-Bloomington Honda when it's time for our next car, and probably the one after that, and the one after that, and the one after that. More

It helped me realize with my situation leasing would be the option. From that conversation through when I picked up my car, Kevin was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with my decision of not only leasing but this specific car model.
