In addition to his ability to cut to the chase to get a deal done, it's sometimes the small stuff that keeps me loyal to Kevin - the fact that he remembers so many details of my family life and interests prove he actually works to build relationships rather than transaction numbers. I've never known him to be negative in any way and he faces his health struggles with grace and humor. I value that he speaks highly of his own family and is always ready to show me photos or videos of his kids engaged in sports. This guy is a salesperson and I mean that in the most respectful way - he's passionate about his product, his dealership and his customers. What a great car buying experience with Ashley! Just got my 3rd CRV! I wasn't going to get another because I thought this time around I would get a luxury SUV.
