He listened to our needs and we test drove the 2015 Civic. My son loved the car and so we did the deal. Bob was thorough with explaining our payment options and even walked us over to meet the maintenance manager. The car was quickly prepped and Bob walked my son through the instruments on the car including hooking up the blue tooth to my son's phone. BTW, my son chose a beautiful black exterior and interior color. We had a great experience and would recommend RBH to anyone! More

He's like a neighbor who watches out for you, keeps you informed on what's going on, and for me -- let's me know when it is most beneficial for me to turn in my lease and get my new Pilot. I have also purchased a 2014 Civic for my daughter from Dan and she loves it. He treats us like family, always wants us to feel we've gotten the best deal possible, and is patient with my many questions. He and this new dealership he is with made this last process the fastest I've experienced, and also the most fun. Great job!!!! More
