I've been a customer at this dealer since 2004, bought two vehicles there, and have had all service work done there. Every experience during those visits was always very positive. All employees are pleasant, knowledgeable, and have the customer in mind at all times. Questions are answered in terms easily understood, and advice is offered for any additional service that might be needed. No pressure is ever exerted to have something done, that decision is always left to the customer after options are explained. That kind of customer service is very much appreciated, and certainly puts one at ease during a visit. Keep up that excellent work! More

We had a very good experience with this dealership. We never felt we were trying to be taken advantage of. Once there, Brent answered all the questions we had and was very helpful during the full process. Finance Manager Neal Gustafson, gave us a detailed explanation of all of the add-ons and was very patient providing different scenarios and additional information on our options. Insurance consultant Chris, gave us great advice and guidance, wonderful to have him there onsite to solve this part. We were not expecting to walk out of the dealership with a car on just one visit, but we did and left there feeling good about our purchase and the decisions we made. More
Poor service, said they rotated tires and charged me, found tire not rotated. Tried to charge me full cost when they were aware there were savings coupons out there for service discounts.
