poor customer service I called to make a claim for the defected air bag that can result in injury and death. The richfield dealership said they couldn't get me in until th I called to make a claim for the defected air bag that can result in injury and death. The richfield dealership said they couldn't get me in until the 30th of November, then it changed to the 24th. Honda is supposed to accommodate me with a rental vehicle until my vehicle is fixed. But Richfield honda said they could only give me a rental for the day of my maintenance. But that is not true according to the honda recall website. I was put on hold for 20 minutes before being told all of this. Even though the recall was not my problem and people have died from the airbag deploying shards of metal. But i would have to pay out of pocket until the day of my appointment. And they told me I would need to bring the rental car back within 12 hours of my vehicle being finished. I called another honda dealership, got my car in the same day and out the same day within the hour and they gave me a rental and said i could keep it until its convenient for me to bring it back and pick up my car. More
