Actually believed me when I had a TSB for my Pilot Randy was actually able to listen to me and track down the part I needed for my '16 Pilot. I spoke with Luther Hopkins Honda previously and the woman Randy was actually able to listen to me and track down the part I needed for my '16 Pilot. I spoke with Luther Hopkins Honda previously and the woman on the phone argued with me for 10 minutes saying the piece of paper I got from Honda saying I qualified for a new FM tuner under warranty didn't exist.
