Above and Beyond Expectations!!! With the impetus of a nice coupon, I arrived Monday the 27th for some maintenance and an oil change! Shelley took good care of me. She pointed out that the inspections indicated the need for a brake system fluid exchange and the replacement of the cabin air filter, which I didn't have time for on Monday. So I came back on Tuesday morning the 28th.. Getting ready to leave after the remaining work, I asked her about some black marks on my sweet CRV that I came in with and she consulted with Del about them. He came back with a 'magic cloth' and mysterious fluid. NOW MY CRV looks brand new. Above and Beyond my expectations. You've got at least two great technicians. Thank you, Karen McBride More
