Outside of the needs, the car shopping process can be a struggle with two working parents and two toddlers involved. The entire staff did an excellent job expediting the process while also catering to our schedules and two toddlers climbing in and out of the showroom cars. Your serviceman, I think his name was Don Leatherman, or something like that), was able to diagnose and correct the problem quickly in one visit. That sold us on Richfield Bloomington Honda. We particularly like dealing with Jason in the Service Department because he explains the services quite clearly, and we trust his advice completely. He is an asset to your business. We dealt with Carmen in purchasing our FITS; I am sorry she moved to Arizona. I am trying to talk my husband into buying a larger vehicle now that we are grandparents, but he is resisting.
