Would not honor appraisal! Earlier I specifically told them what I needed to get on a trade! Was told - no problem! Went to purchase new vehicle and after 2 hours of paperwork e Earlier I specifically told them what I needed to get on a trade! Was told - no problem! Went to purchase new vehicle and after 2 hours of paperwork etc they promply said my trade was worth $2000 less. Very disappointed! Was told that the estimate could not be found (how convienent). Be sure to get a copy your estimate! I knew where another vehicle same model but different color was. Had to drive 100 miles one way. But they gave me what I wanted for my vehicle on trade. Buyer beware if you are purchasing from Richfield Bloomington Honda. One of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a new vehicle. I have bought quite a few new vehicles in my lifetime. More

That includes the man behind the coffee café who got me a bandaid and the Mexican gentleman, I think was a maintenance man that bought me some more bandaids and escorted me to the door and opened it so I could rejoin my husband and Rune for the orientation of the car to us.. If there was any drawbacks it would be the amount of time to complete the sales and the orientation. Maybe you should have one or two people specializing in just orienting everyone to their cars.
