Poor service and poor communication I had my car towed on a Thursday and received a call at 8:00 Friday morning saying the car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, they discovered the safety lights on the dash would not go off. Same problem I had the day before. Now it is Wednesday and I still do not have my vehicle. Very frustrating! More

We have bought cars from several dealers over the yrs but generally serviced them at RBH. While servicing our Fit in Dec we started looking and salesperson Temi Fabunmi introduced himself simply answering general questions re models we were interested in. Fast forward to the last week when we narrowed down our selection and bought our new CRV today. The whole sales experience was exceptional - Friendly with a capital F, informative, easy (well as easy as it can get buying a car), accommodating, stress free. We already love their service dept which is the best in the twin cities for more reasons than I have space for. Now we feel the same about their sales having worked with Temi. He took the time to answer every question in the process with a smile. He also walked us through the best new car orientation we have ever experienced and that includes approx 15 plus cars over single and married life. We are both retired now but I hope I get to work with him again. We will also recommend, without hesitation, Temi Fabunmi. More
Didn’t feel like a valued customer First off, I love my Honda CRV! Secondly, There are always pros and cons to a dealership. Unfortunately, the cons out powered the pros. I didn’t feel like I was important and valued as a customer. I feel after spending a lot of my hard earned money on a very large purchase the customer level should of been higher. I most likely will not recommend this dealership. More

Deception: Exactly the car sales deception story I've heard I just walked out of the shiny dealership that relies on deception to bring you in, after tearing up a $10K check of upfront payment. The sales person Gabe Falconi worked with me for days and was always 'talking to his boss' for every thing. I was inclined to buy a 2018 but changed my mind sollely because he offered a 10 year 100K miles extended warrenty in writting and verbally on a 2017 for the same price. I even asked whether this was a Honda warranty or not and he reiterated that it was. I spent over 3 hours with family signing half of their documentation yesterday and today when I went to pick up the 2017 Honda Pilot Elite after I spent another 3 hours waiting and signing various documents, the finance person reviewing the deal tells me that the offer was for a 'limited power train' warrenty that the dealership offers everyone. I told them that I had clearly discussed that the warranty offer was the only reason I was buying the vehicle and nowhere in the discussions the sales or other people had mentioned that the offer was for a 'limited warranty' only and was not even a special offer but rather something that they offer with every car in any case. This is clearly the dealership deceiving to bring me in to the deal with inaccurate information and revealing fine details details at the end when I was commited. I was so frustrated that I did not even argue a lot. Just got up and told them what they are doing is deceptive sales, tore up the $10 K check that I was paying upfront and walked out. After getting over the initial frustration I called their GM on my way back home only to go to a voice mail after being told that the GM Mr. Carter was available. I left a voice mail and called again. I was again told that the GM was available but was instead put through to another 'sales associate. I repeatedly asked for GM but was not put through to him. In the end I just hung up even more frustrated. Apparently the GM must be in cahoots with the sales om the tactics and does not want to listen to why.a done and half signed deal fell through and a client walked out after spending so much time with them. Let's see if he calls tomorrow though. I have been a Honda fan all my life this would have been my third Honda (wife's '06 Odessey that we bought 0 miles in '06 was totaled in an accident after 12 years of spotless service and kids are older so we're looking to graduate to an SUV). I had thought Honda would make sure that their dealers did not use deception for sales but this experience is making me rethink.Honda as well. If you are looking at buying from Richfield Bloominton Honda dealership I sincerely suggest thinking again and if you still go ahead review and get in writing every fine detail and expectation right up front when you walk in. More
Never going back there in the last week I had a really bad experience, took my car for brakes related issue, I was told the part is out of stock and will arrive in 5 days, in the last week I had a really bad experience, took my car for brakes related issue, I was told the part is out of stock and will arrive in 5 days, left my car there and after 5 days they told me the part has not arrived and will have to wait another 3 weeks!! they didn't even bother to inform me earlier or respond to my voicemail. on top of that they replaced the driveshafts without my approval and charged me for that!! really awful service, never going back there again! The 2002 is still running like a charm with 240,00 miles and needed a fix for an oil leak and then winterization!
