B1 service I usually have a wonderful experience with Honda...onto my 3rd one. But this last time it was the third service I had for my New 2016 accord and I had a B1 service and they tried pushing a emergency brake inspection for $97....I understand maybe at a higher mileage service this would make sense, but it is still covered under warranty and I feel since there could possibly be a reason they need to check it, it would just be a courtesy check not put on the customer. I feel like as a woman I am confident to bring my own car in and get legit service. I denied getting this checked and carried on with the normal point check inspection and oil change and tire rotation. Other than that the representative I was working with was great and not pushy. Wait times I cannot wait until my lease is up on my Honda. I will not be returning to this dealership after for sales or service reasons. The service center takes forever to do the work on your car, even if you are only in for an oil change and your car will sit finished for 20-30 minutes before your adviser comes to find you. Now that they have remodeled, I feel that they focus less on customer service and more on scoring high on their 'reviews' online. More

Fortunately, I was helped by Josh, whom I can not say enough of how great he was. He made it an effort to get know me and my family and understand exactly what we needed. He listened attentively and even let me into his life, which allowed me to feel comfortable and forget that I was talking to a car dealer. This was by far the greatest and most comfortable experience I've had at a car dealership. Josh allowed me to feel we were on the same team and that we had the same mission.
