Emergency repair. We were travelling in Minnesota from Florida and had a dead battery covered by Honda. We called them and they told us to bring it right in. We got the battery replaced with no questions and on our way within hours. They did a complete diagnosis and found a software update needed to be done also for no charge. Very pleased with their work. More

takes too long and costs too much I made an appointment to get a nail in the tire replaced on my Honda pilot. The nail was in the tread of the tire. However I was told the tire was I made an appointment to get a nail in the tire replaced on my Honda pilot. The nail was in the tread of the tire. However I was told the tire was not repairable and I would have to need a new tire. I was not allowed to see the damaged tire and was left with only the option to purchase a tire which cost in the end 269.00. I'm not sure why it takes almost 2 hours to put the tire on but I guess as I watched the mechanic stop to text on his phone from time to time it makes a little more sense. Based on my experience with other Honda dealerships, it took way too long and cost too much. More
