Great Customer Service Ryan Kurilla was my service advisor and he was wonderful to work with. I had previously been told I had to have an appointment for regular service, bu Ryan Kurilla was my service advisor and he was wonderful to work with. I had previously been told I had to have an appointment for regular service, but Ryan was able to get me in without an appointment and he took care of everything during my visit. Recall airbags replaced, oil chug, tires rotated service person helping to make appointment for recall air bags and oil change was very helpful in makeing the appointment. Because I woul be waiting service person helping to make appointment for recall air bags and oil change was very helpful in makeing the appointment. Because I woul be waiting for my car they had me bring it in at 6:30am. They didn’t have it completed until 10:30am. 4 hours is a long time to be waiting for them to complete these tasks. I was told 45min for recall parts to be replaced and approximately 45 min for oil change. So, why was I sitting there for four hours without an explanation. This the only complaint I have with them - that excessive waiting time. I hoping it was a one off situation. Otherwise, all the people I encountered were courteous and friendly, and the facility was very clean. Nice place to take your vehicles. More

routine maintenance Work was done well but I neglected to make an appt and picked wrong day for service. What started as a 1.5 hr task became 3 hrs because of extra walk- Work was done well but I neglected to make an appt and picked wrong day for service. New HRV purchase I was nervous about purchasing a car, since I had my previous Honda Civic for 13 years, and was out of the car buying loop. My brother was along to g I was nervous about purchasing a car, since I had my previous Honda Civic for 13 years, and was out of the car buying loop. My brother was along to give me guidance. Fortunately, Temi, at RB Honda, stepped in to give us the help we needed. Incredibly impressed by his knowledge, patience, kindness and thoroughness. I had intended on buying a used CRV, but instead purchased a new HRV, fully loaded for just a wee bit more than the used CRV. Temi spent nearly 6 hours with me, and by the time we were done, I was completely convinced this was the car for me! I love it and am grateful I had the good fortune to be served by Temi. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to get the best service possible with no pressure whatsoever. 10+ rating for RB Honda experience! More

I walked in knowing exactly what car I wanted, and Sam was able to show me their available inventory, let me test drive a car, and helped me throughout the whole process. It was much more painless than I thought it would be, and I drove off feeling happy with my purchase.
