I have struggled with your service center since you opened the new shop. I felt the service went downhill and I had several frustrating visits. This place will rip you off I have no faith in the service here. I once caught them red handed, marking off items on the "multi point inspection" that were clearly not done. The manager had to give me $600 worth of free service to compensate for previous service that I called into question. I have on more than one occasion, been advised on "repairs" that they said were needed, only to have a more trusted mechanic assure me that the they weren't necessary. Especially since the reopening, they are focused on getting as much money out of people as possible. Beware the B 1 and other service "minders" unless you want to pay $55 to have your parking break "adjusted" etc etc. More

Caleb Stark was the salesperson I worked with this time, and he was extremely attentive, listened to what I was looking for, gave me multiple options, discussed pricing openly, and was very transparent with the process. The meeting with finance was very smooth too. I'm very sensitive to the stereotypical "sleazy" car sales process which you still see frequently at other dealers, and that's nowhere to be found here, which is a breath of fresh air. Very poor service work and pathetic parts department!!! I recently had some repair work done at this dealership, their "quality" repair work lasted a total of five months after which they refused to stand b I recently had some repair work done at this dealership, their "quality" repair work lasted a total of five months after which they refused to stand behind their work. They would gladly redo the repair a second time at my expense, again. Four weeks ago I picked up some fluids and washers from their parts department, after getting home I noticed that I had been charged $4.00 each for some washers (part #11107-PWA-300) and $6.00 each for others (part #90471-PX4-000). Let me repeat that, $6.00 for a single washer. Today I stopped back at the parts department to inquire if this pricing was actually correct or if they had made a mistake. Unfortunately the professionalism of the parts department employee that I spoke with today matched exactly the level of professionalism that I have been recently experiencing at this dealership, completely lacking. More
