Used car sale Rodney Jackson provided us several vehicle options and allowed us the room to figure out what would work best for us. It was a very comfortable exper Rodney Jackson provided us several vehicle options and allowed us the room to figure out what would work best for us. It was a very comfortable experience. Steve Sevcik was resourceful in contacting the insurance company late on a Friday afternoon. Colton Allen covered all the bases clearly and concisely to wrap up the sale. More

The vehicle made noise at the wheel and is still currently. They made some small fix by shaving rotors/brakes. I talked to the manager and he was snappy and didn't listen to my concerns. I wanted to return the car after having spoken to so rudely. He said they had no returns and I would have to trade in. BS More

We had Steve, who was pushy and talked down to us the entire time. When asking him questions he was snappy and inflexible. When we decided against buying a certain car, Steve got out of his chair, walked out the door, and sped off in his car. He didn’t give us a handshake or anything. Not only was it completely inappropriate and childish, but it was incredibly confusing and disrespectful. We decided to not return for our car business and ended up buying the exact same car from a different dealership. My husband refused to go to another dealership because of that experience. Way to scar what was supposed to be an exciting experience, Steve. More

He gave good advice and I felt he was interested in my satisfaction on an ongoing basis. I think that I could have negotiated price better but I guess that is typical and I am satisfied with the deal. One thing I think could be better about the dealer’s buying process is that different people presented various additional products - aftermarket and warranties after a purchase price was established. The interaction with the accessories rep was quick, and it was difficult to really understand the reasons to buy many of the options - which were quite expensive - and felt a bit like I was on an assembly line. That said, the accessories rep did give good responses to my specific questions. More

Cannot recall service reps name, but he was extremely professional and courteous. Appt finished up within window that was promised, car was washed which was an unexpected perk. Only issue was that the day after the appt., the tire pressure sensor light went on. Filled the tires, sensor stayed on, which means something happened during the tire swap. I refuse to spend $100+ to get the sensor installed, and dealership won’t take ownership of incident, so I guess I’ll have to live with it. Shame because the car only has 30k miles. More
Rude, Uncaring, Time-Waster My first visit: I spent 45 minutes to get a car wash and a service quote for oil & filter change with tire rotation. Wife and I had been looking to sw My first visit: I spent 45 minutes to get a car wash and a service quote for oil & filter change with tire rotation. Wife and I had been looking to switch from Walser after moving, thought this would be good with the dealership within walking distance of my work and about a mile for my wife. After basically being ignored for a half hour both by the service department, I walked the sales floor and couldn't even get anyone to greet me. Went back to the service area and basically forced someone out of a group of service advisers (who were talking about the lunches they had) to get me a quote. Got my Pilot washed and went back in to speak with a manager about my experience. Manager decided to interrupt me talking about the experience I had to talk about something he had purchased from my place of employment. Clearly didn't care, even going so far as to say "well, if you just do a simple search online you'll see that we have thousands of positive reviews online. So you should give us a another chance" So let's talk about that next chance. Today. Back story, wife came in to see why her tire pressure warning was going off in her civic, the adviser offered to wash the car and explained that they did it for free for Honda owners. Before coming in the previous time, I called and the receptionist said the same thing, the service adviser I finally got to give me a quote offered one and said the same thing, the manager I "talked" with said the same thing. I come in today after dropping my wife off from work, try this place again, to look into trading in my wife's civic for an HRV or CRV, really wanting to get all-wheel for her. Decided I'll have the car washed while I'm there, should go smooth this time since I don't need a service quote. Nope. Dan the service adviser decides to have a 5 minute argument with me about the car wash: "Oh no, no one here would tell you that"... not sure how to take that after telling him about all the people who told me about it, "But we'll take care of you THIS time." Done, I'm done. I'll stick with Walser even though they aren't really convenient for my wife and I now that we moved out of Burnsville. I'm happy to go out of my way AND spend a bit more (their service quote was higher) at a dealership that actually cares about my time, cares about my feedback, and doesn't call me a liar. TLDR: wasted my time, management didn't care, and on the second chance Dan the supervisor decides to be rude and disrespectful. Go to Walser in Burnsville for the opposite experience More
